Icom spray paint systems are a small team of specialist commercial on site paint sprayers, unlike most other spray painting companies we are fully mobile offering a professional service to many different trades throughout London and the home counties.

 We are approved by many leading construction and refurbishment companies providing a reliable cost effective alternative to powder coating with a much higher standard of finish.

we use the very latest hvlp spray systems "high volume low pressure"

We are fully conversant with all types of paint application and refinishing, from airless spray applied emulsion contracts to small scratch or dent repairs using the euro compliant HVLP system
 ( high volume low pressure). HVLP is the very latest in spray technology giving up to 70% less over spray than conventional paint spraying and is ideal for all kinds of interior and exterior specialist spray applied finishes.

Structural steelwork including feature staircases and walkways we can provide a complete service from filling and blending welds to a very high standard followed by spray applied high build primers and top coats.

Repairs and colour changes to Powder coated products such as window and door frames including shop fronts.
 We have a "super grip" process that offers fantastic adhesion allowing us to overcoat existing powder coat finishes, ideal for dent, hole and scratch repairs to powder coated aluminium items.

On site paint repairs to exterior cladding Providing site conditions allow and we have a sample colour to match, we can undertake exterior cladding repairs, please note powder coated metallic powders have a different flip tone, to wet spray, therefore in most cases powder coated metallic paint can not be exactly matched with wet paint (spray) especially RAL 9006 silver.

MDF panels and prototypes Providing you have a suitable workshop or unfurnished site conditions we can paint all types of wood products from kitchens to specialist installations, please remember before calling us we only offer this service to fully unfurnished projects.

Cast iron radiators and heater grilles Some products are only available in primer or basic shades, we can offer the full range of RAL and BS colours and spray paint radiators in situ, general public please note we require un furnished rooms.

Lift doors and surrounds We can prepare and spray lift doors (external face only) providing the area is not occupied, out of hours work is normally best suited for this type of work.

Water based multiflek finishes to interior surfaces Portaflek and Multilflek finishes were very popular some years back, now they have been superseded by compliant water based versions Aquaflek and Aquatone both providing a hard wearing finish when spray applied to interior surfaces.

Plant, Machinery, steel vessels , ticket machines and car park barriers We spray all types of machinery from lathes and CNC to best in show vintage tractors providing you have suitable workshop conditions.

Repair and touch up site damage the new working at height health and safety rules have forbidden step ladders on several construction sites. Damage to finished paintwork has increased drastically from the use of podium towers and scissor lifts. We can offer an on site service to quickly restore damaged powder coated products back to new.

Free lance self employed paint sprayers can be available on a day rate you may have your own workshop or factory and need someone for holiday / sickness cover.

Pre hand-over touch up work snagging and cleaning  some paintwork can become scuffed or lightly damaged during fit outs, quite often the paint finish can be restored using specialist compounds.

Exhibition stands and equipment  we can spray at your premises providing site conditions allow MDF and steel exhibition stands and displays.
